As Head of Research for Cromwell Property Group, Joanna Tano is responsible for setting the Research strategy for the international platform, producing investment and strategy research to advise the firm and its clients on market and sector opportunities and risks.
She is also responsible for delivering thematic based funds and uses her experience in economic and property market analysis to support the investment decision making process. Joanna works across the Cromwell footprint from working with Rob Cotterell, Head of Investment, Europe to Rob Percy, Chief Investment Officer, our Fund Management teams, Product Development team and European country leaders.
Joanna joined Cromwell in March 2018, and prior to this she was responsible for Cushman & Wakefield’s research team across EMEA. Prior to that she worked in the charitable space serving as the Area Services Manager for the Kensington & Chelsea branch of the Notting Hill Housing Group.
Joanna has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate research and strategy through roles she held in the United Kingdom and France. She holds a Joint Honours degree in Psychology & Sociology from City, University of London.
